ホワイトハウスの当局者は土曜日、「ドナルド・トランプ大統領が化石燃料の利用拡大に取り組んでいるため、今月下旬にブラジルで開催されるCOP30気候変動会議には、米国は高官を派遣しない」ことを明らかにした。
